undershirt question

Not supposed to see any undershirt. See mechanics book. However, since undershirts MUST be black, a small section at the lower part of the V neck has never been called to our attention. Just a question of professionalism to the nth degree. I just use a V neck cotton undershirt for HS games and my underarmor (crew neck) for rec ball and AAU/USSSA games.

Where may I find that in the Officials Manual?

You're making up your own rules again, without learning the ones that we already have. There are no restrictions on the color of undershirts.

Stand corrected 50%. Kansas state requires black. NFHS 1.5.1c.2. "should not be visible". I will focus to see if my "book learnin' " is Kansas or NFHS based. After so many years they blur.
