D-1 required to do 4 GV & 4 BV 3 man crews.
D-2 required to do 3 of each. D-3 required to do 2 of each. D-4 required to do 1 of each. Schools can opt for more and some do just that. Tournaments have crews of 3. So, I can't vote in the poll.
