Ok, I've been away from the board for a couple weeks, so maybe I'm missing something, but is this a joke? There is no 4.2.1 and 3.5 SITUATION A still clearly states that metal or hard casts on the hand or elbow "shall always be declared illegal".

Is the joke on me?

Beckham? I think I've heard of him. Isn't his wife starring in the TV version of the old Eddie Murphy movie, "Coming to America."

Nevada was responding to an MTD Sr. post about soccer by citing the relevant soccer rule.
