Would You Mind Taking A Pay Cut To Add A Third Official To Your Games?

The IHSAA (Indiana) has said that within 2 or 3 years, we will have 3 officials for all games (4 classes) at regional level and above. There are a few conferences that are going to 3 man already. It seems to me that, other than financial considerations, most of the opponents of 3-man officiating crews are coaches who already don't like 2-man crews.
