White on shoes?????
How much white on the ref shoes is too much or is allowed?????

It depends. I've got some reebox with just a little bit of writing on the back that's white/silver, and around here no one has said a word. Some places, you can't have so much as white lint hanging on the shoe laces, others tolerate the tactful logo.
