A intentional foul and then a T on the same team. Where is the ball put in play after the free throws in a high school game? I say at midcourt across from the table.

Everything in order of occurance. T was last. Ball at mid-court across from table.

Team A shoots 2 foul shots with the lane cleared and then inbounds the ball at the spot closest to where the foul occurred.

If it was an intentional personal foul, make sure the shooter is the player who got fouled.
