Have him publish them with the dotted lines around so people can cut them out and bring along to the games. Then when they want to yell at the officialls, they can just call out the #. (Ex; #4. Over the back) Now they don't have to yell so many words, just yell "#4!! #4 Ref!! COME ON!!"
