Online Rule Book
Somebody had made a comment about finding/having access to an online rule book. If you go to NFHS.org and register for an account (which is free), they have an online rulebook, and you can post the rule directly from there. It's on the inside of the back of the cover of the casebook

You must be a paid member. You can't access the online rules unless you're an individual member or your state has a group membership.

maybe the state does... I just got an account today, logged on, and clicked on the "online publications" bar on the side menu, and it worked fine for me
