A few weeks ago, a similar incident happened in an NCAA game, except an opponent interferred while on his way to the tale to report. The official gave the ball back to the team in control before the interference. Has anyone seen anything from the NCAA (maybe on the eofficials site, that I'd check if I could remember my password) as to whether this ruling was correct or not?
