Striking the ball with a fist:
Stop Clock with raised open hand... Hand balled in a fist, upper arm and forearm at a 90 degree angle...opposite hand's forefinger point at balled up fist... Point for spot throw-in. Ball enters basket from below: Stop Clock with raised open hand... Point at bottom of basket... Point for spot throw-in. All nationally approved mechanics...really, it's true!
