CIS rules refresher exam

Has anyone seen the CIS refresher exam? I cannot find it on postplay or the CABO site? Anyone have a hard copy or can direct me to where it is?

Thanks for the info but that is the FIBA refresher, our province is staying with CIS/NCAA rules for one more year. Is CABO producing a refresher for this set of rules?
