Of course, St. Louis is not in Nevada. Maybe that's why I struggle with this concept.

I was taught to count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, ... not 1, 2, 3, 5, 4, or is it 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 5 ..
