Question

I have a question about when a technical foul is given for delay of game.

Rule 10-3-7 lists certain delay of game acts such as preventing the ball from being made live promptly or from being put in play, etc.. Then in Rule 9-2-11 it gives the throw-in delay for the defender breaking the throw-in boundary-line plane.

My question is, does each type of delay violation receive a warning before a technical foul is called, or is only one warning given for delay of game and then the next instance, even if it is a different type of delay, receives a technical?
