Test Question
Hers one.....A-5 coming off a screen, receives the ball. As A-5 is in the act os shooting, official blows whistle and charges A-3 for blocking. A-5 shoots and scores. Official disallows basket. Is the official correct???

Now my question is .....Wouldn't it depend on whether or not he had released the ball yet???
