First, you should sign up for classes on how to bounce back from criticism like the guy below. That will make any referee's resume more impressive!!!

I've never put an officiating resume together. I have heard from others that they've done it and it's been useful to them. But I would probably suggest formatting it like a regular resume and include camps you've been to, as well as conferences that you've worked for and how long. I would also probably include any significant post-season assignments that you've received and any awards that you may have received from your local association. There are some other threads in this forum that have addressed this a little bit. I don't know if they'd be useful to you or not. If you scroll to the bottom of this page, you'll see links for them.
