I've always tried to convince myself that I can't run fast enough or jump high enough to ever hurt myself, but I know stuff happens. It makes sense the soreness would be in the muscles and ligaments, since they need to be worked every day to stay strong.

Good luck with the continued rehab, and let us know how Sunday goes. Who knows, you may have so much fun now you'll be wanting that "official" schedule!

I also noticed you're in SE IA; has the rain in the last couple of days helped?
