For the record the rules on shot clock issues like this, are exactly the same between NCAA-W and NCAA-M basketball.
A held ball does not reset or change the shot clock setting (you do not reset the shot clock for kick balls anymore as an example). The time would stay the same even if it is one second left. Peace
