Anyway, just an interesting tidbit - I would've thought since they had game 4 tickets, that their makeup date would also be game 4 - tonight. But it's not, their makeup date for those tickets is actually Friday night's game, which was originally scheduled as a travel date. So, I would assume if tonight's game is rained out, those people might get a Sat. game in St. Louis, and then the games in Detroit would be moved to Sunday and Monday? Or would they skip Monday to not go up against Monday Night Football?

It's easy, Goob. This is MLB's logic:
-tonight's game is Game 5.
-Friday night's game is Game 4.

Hey, it makes about as much senses as what the Cubbies have done for....oh.... the last 98 years or so.

Hmm...so if Detroit would would win game 5, the series would be tied 2-2?

Now don't be hatin' on my Cubbies. I heard an interesting discussion on ESPN radio this morning about the fact that the game 3 TV ratings were the lowest ratings ever for a W.S. game. It got beat by Dancing With the Stars, for pete's sake! So, if Bud Selig and MLB wanted to put next year's ratings through the roof, they just need to make sure one team is in it. Nope, not the Evil Empire. Although, if the Evil Empire played this team, it would be that much better. Yep, my Cubbies. I'm assuming the fix is in, so I've already requested my vacation time off from work for next October and sent my check to Clark and Addison for my tickets.

1) You got 'er, Einstein.

2) They musta beat out Game 1 then. I thought that I read someplace that Game 1 was the lowest rated WS game ever.

3) Hey, that's a great show. I watched it once for...oh...about 4 minutes. Didn't you catch Gerry Springer dancing? I was waiting for a couple of 350-lb. KKK transvestites to come out of the audience to take a shot at him. Btw, did you see the blonde that ol' Gerry is dancing with? What are the odds that he's boinking her too?:D

1)Thanks. I feel (slightly) less confused now.
2)You might be right; game 3 might've been the lowest game 3 ratings ever, rather than the lowest WS ratings ever. Either way, it's sad.
3)Don't tell anyone I told you this, but Jerry got voted off last night. The only reason I know is because my wife watches the show. In fact, it was because of that show and Grey's Anatomy we had to buy one of those DVR-thingies, so she didn't miss anything.
But Kym Johnson would make a pretty decent dance partner:

Btw, am I the only one that feels the bicep bands on the lady on the right don't look too bad?

Dan's right though, if we were the fashion police we would've thrown out Jerry's azz long before he made it to the stage.

Geez, I'm really talking about DWTS? :o

It's probably just his feeble attempt to be perky and sassy. Lame, if you ask me...

Yea, I'm back to typing with one hand again, so I can keep the other one warm. But, I've always been confused, do I use heat or ice on wrist injuries?
