Great idea, I do this with lower levels each year.

Things to focus on might include:

Not all contact is a foul
Advantage Disadvantage
Reroute, Impede, Dislodge, Displace
Block/Charge and legal guarding position
5 second counts - parents just don't get this
Leaving the court
Sportsmanship and unsporting behavior
Throw in plane
Legally boxing out
"Over the back" - On the back/push
