The "Most Misunderstood Basketball Rules" list that has been posted, with revisions, several times on this Official Forum web site, is my personal list. I developed this as an outline for a presentation that I was asked to make on misunderstood rules to a college level basketball coaching class. It is designed for players, coaches, and fans. It is not designed for new officials.
The "Official IAABO Board #6 Most Misunderstood Rules" list includes several of my rules and was edited by Board #6 members Peter Palermino and Dave Anderson.
