Dribbler Goes Down ....

I've seen too many times (most all in lower level games) where a travel is called on a dribbler who goes to the floor while maintaining the dribble. It could be for many reasons - incidental contact (caused by dribbler), poor floor, clumsy player, etc.

It is not a violation to fall to the floor while dribbling.
