Interesting thread on consistentcy of kicking .... must be intentional.
I ask about consistency of a dribbler touching / hitting the floor.
In my game if a dribbler with control of the ball hits/touch's the floor for whatever reason - something needs to be called: Traveling, Player Control or perhaps PF on defense - but very rarely is it a NO CALL.
Agreed?
