Aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh.......my Durfee HS education is exposed yet again! My old English eacher, Mrs Sullivan, must be doing drop-step spins in her final resting place.

(She never liked basketball players, anyway. We had a test on Edgar Allen's Poe short story, the "Gold Bug" my Senior Year. One question was where was the setting? I wrote "Sullivan's Island". She gave me an "X" because she wanted, "Sullivan's Island - S. Carolina".

All the dumb football players got 100% and half of them wrote, "Fall River".

There's a closer relationship between the Bible and Baseball. The Bible begins, "In the big inning ..."

And also in the case of the Boston Red Sox, the Bible said "Let them go fourth....".

Now, what about the kid who got tossed and is also sitting out the next game?
Our state, and I'm guessing most states, allow appeals of ejections (as it relates to automatic future suspensions). If a tape were to show that Red #1 was truly not involved, the state would overturn the suspension. They may, also, impose a new suspension on the player who did do something (if any).

I think that's called COLLATERAL DAMAGE.

yes...the player who was thrown out had to sit out the next game also.. NO appeal process in this state whihc would allow him in any way to play
