Starting with 4 on the floor....

In my haste last night, I put the ball in play with the visiting team having 4 players on the court. About 10 seconds later, a visiting player runs out onto the court directly from his bench.

I hope we're forgiven for not taking the coaching box from the HC considering we were the ones to put it in play with a number other than 10 on the court. Probably not, but we didn't take the box away.

First time I've seen 4. It's easier to notice 6 (or more).
