Art. 11. Report a warning for delay to the official scorer and coaches, such as:
a. Preventing the ball from being promptly put into play (free throw or throw-in) by any team huddle;
b. Interfering with the ball after a score;
c. Failure to have court ready to play after a timeout;
d. Failure to keep game jersey tucked in.

To be honest, earlier this season, I reported a warning for crossing the plane to the table and my D1 partner, who I respect a lot, told me that we don't do that in college. And I never went and did the homework to doublecheck it. At least now I know that I can give an "official" warning if I want to.
