It is not addressed in the rulebook or casebook, but the NF did give a ruling on this last year (I believe). In the NF/NASO Guidebook they said not to stop the game every time this happened. They said you might do it once, but if it continues then let it go until the game stops. I could be wrong about when this ruling was given, but I know there was a ruling.
