The guy's being immature, he knows it, you know it, and your partner knows it. It's best to ignore this and move on.

I'm with Juulie on the locker room issue, too - no reason for the coach or the scorer (unless invited) to be there - your name is in the book, and this is clearly a pathetic attempt at intimidation.
