Two comments: (a) it's probably the best thing for you if he DOES call the interpreter. He's clearly wrong, and it'll be good for you if the interpreter hears that you did things right. (b) the coaches SHOULD NOT have access to your dressing room. There is absolutely no excuse for that. It should be reported to your local association, or state board, or whoever has some authority over that school.
