NFHS rules
B32 commits a common foul on A14. A is in the bonus. B32 and A14 then hit each other and are called for a double technical foul. Is the point of interruption the 2 few throws by A14 or since the point of interruption was a dead ball do you go to alternating procession after the free throws.

So to answer your question, A14 shoots the 2 free throws for the bonus after you report all the fouls. The POI is shooting the FTs, nothing else. Peace

This Situation is a False Double Foul!
Quote:
This is a situation that reminds us that we need to know our Definitions. What really is this situation: A False Double Foul! First Foul: B32's CF against A14. Second Foul: A14 and B32's DTF. How are FDFs adjudicated. The are Charged and Penalized in the order in which they occurred with the Ball returned to Play as if the Last Foul in the FDF was the only Foul: 1a) If A14's TF did not cause A14 to become Disqualified, then A14 will attempt his/her 2 FTs with the Spaces along the FT Lane unoccupied because the Ball will become Dead and remain Dead after the last FT regardless of whether or not it is successful. 1b) If A14's TF did cause A14 to become Disqualified, then A14's Substitute will attempt A14's 2 FTs with the Spaces along the FT Lane unoccupied because the Ball will become Dead and remain Dead after the last FT regardless of whether or not it is successful. 2) The Ball will be put into Play by a Designated Spot Throw-in by the Team that has the AP Arrow from one of the 8 'Designated Spot Throw-in Throw-in Spots' (Yes, that is the name that I have given those eight spots and I know that Billy is laughing every time I use that name, lol.) closest to the Spot where the DTF occurred. Why is the lane line unoccupied for A14's bonus free throws?
Double technicals are double fouls, they go to the point of interruption. If the point of interruption is possession by a team, they get a throw-in based on the location of the ball. If the point of interruption is free throws, you line everybody up and shoot the free throws. Did I miss a change to the original scenario? Sent from my SM-S926U using Tapatalk

Nice citation Mike Goodwin. I look out my window and I imagine what it must be like to live in Fairbanks, Alaska.
