Why is the lane line unoccupied for A14's bonus free throws?
Double technicals are double fouls, they go to the point of interruption. If the point of interruption is possession by a team, they get a throw-in based on the location of the ball. If the point of interruption is free throws, you line everybody up and shoot the free throws.
Did I miss a change to the original scenario?
