Since the jersey seems to be black, I think the undershirt is fine. The other stuff is the issue.

Peace

These jerseys are a mess. No numbers on the front and difficult to read numbers on the back, similar to the conversation we had about illegal HS jerseys. First foul of the game the official had to stop and look at the back of the fouler's jersey to confirm his number.

The jerseys do have numbers on the front. The numerals are blue. They are located down near the bottom of the shirt. They are hard to see though. I had to look closely a couple of times to spot them when viewing the game.

I’m shocked that these were permitted without penalty for an NCAA tournament game. They caught my attention because a nearby HS team wore this style of jersey (city building scene) for a preseason tournament and the next week a notice went out to the officials noting their illegality.

Wow, looking at one of the pics I posted I can now barely detect something. Not a great jersey for those of us who are colorblind.

I never considered that. One can't be an airplane pilot, or an electrician, if colorblind. Being colorblind should not disqualify one from being a basketball official.

Yes, when I joined the military I was disqualified from electrician career fields. I only see the #12 in your chart.
