The jerseys do have numbers on the front. The numerals are blue. They are located down near the bottom of the shirt. They are hard to see though. I had to look closely a couple of times to spot them when viewing the game.

I’m shocked that these were permitted without penalty for an NCAA tournament game. They caught my attention because a nearby HS team wore this style of jersey (city building scene) for a preseason tournament and the next week a notice went out to the officials noting their illegality.
