IAABO Survey Says
Disclaimer: For IAABO eyes only. Below is not a NFHS interpretation, it's only an IAABO International interpretation which obviously doesn't mean a hill of beans to most members of this Forum.

This is a very tough play. 60% of the individuals who responded indicated that this is incidental contact. The offensive player is driving toward the basket away from the Center official. The Lead has a good angle to view this play, which appears to be incidental contact and should not have been ruled a foul. Here is the breakdown of the IAABO members that commented on the video: This is incidental contact 58% (including me). This is correctly ruled a foul 42%.
