Saturday Afternoon Quiz For The Young'uns ...
We've seemed to achieve some closure in this thread, so how about changing it up a little for educational purposes? Especially in the light of a recent timekeeping error thread.
Instead of the jumper illegally catching the jump ball, let's say that one of the jumpers illegally touches the ball on the way up? Official signals and sounds whistle for the violation. Clock reads 7:59. What is an official to do before administering the throwin and setting the alternating possession arrow after the violation?
