Chiming in from Mass. here, an (almost) all-IAABO state.

We go opposite in three-whistle and opposite for free throws in two-whistle.

I found a couple of books.

Official's Manual, 1999-2002
Three Officials, Foul Switching Techniques
a. The official who calls the foul goes opposite the table
b. The opposite side official replaces calling official.
c. The third official remains in the same position occupied at the time the foul was called.

Same verbiage in 1997-1999 book.

You might as well take them all. It can't cost hardly any more to ship 4 instead of 1. (Unless someone else wants them and lets me know before I ship these)

You can pay either:

(a) exactly what it costs me to sen them. Let me know if you want first class or book rate (I can get you prices from work tomorrow).

or

(b) since searching for these books cause us to have to move, the cost of the movers. I'd estimate that at $5k - $10k.
