IMO, based on the video, it should have been called. Now, maybe ball was loose after the crossover and thus a no call. But IMO, carrying should have been called.

For the OP, the T (new lead) was definitely beat getting back. In this case, yes, L can make that call. Agree though that C should have had first crack. And i also noticed that both reported it and appeared to not know the other was doing the same.
