Only applies to the opposite table official:

There is no signal in the chart specifically for "end of quarter." If no shot is attempted just hit the whistle and put your hand up. If a shot is attempted but is too late then immediately hit the whistle and wave it off. If a shot is attempted in time, wait until the try ends before giving any whistle/signal.

DO NOT give the "wave off" signal unless there is a shot attempt that is not in time. I've worked with officials who give this signal after a last-second shot goes in, intending to signal "end of quarter" even though the bucket counts. Obviously this is bad for more than one reason.
