Wasn't a camp, just your run of the mill youth tourney, not much different than an AAU tourney. There was no clinic or camp for the officials, they were all hired independently, wasn't invite only. I called up the assignor and said "work me Friday morning until 3pm".

Standard NFHS rules with some adjustments to timing. Players were DQ'd after 5 fouls or 2 T's as per standard rules. In the situation above, I believe one of the kids had just gotten his 2nd T when the team walked off.
