I have a bigger picture view of things than I used to.

Someone's gotta work all the games. I get my assignment, I put it on my calendar, I go work the game. Tell me where to stand, boss.

But there's also some truth to what I wrote above, sure.

Of course there is truth. I know many people that have and will complain because they do not get the "perfect" playoff assignment or work with the right people. We can be our worst enemy and forget why we are assigned in the first place. Even when I was working to the State Tournament, I always said I was where I was at for a reason. Sometimes it was because I could handle the situation in front of me and others might struggle. Just be thankful someone gave you a darn game and move on. It might not be the best match-up, but if you do this long enough, they will come. And it will be at the place you least expect it to happen.

Peace

Yup. Especially in the early rounds we're all just names on a page.
