Obviously, depends on where you are in your career. IF I was sent this video I'd tell the coach
1. first thing I see is 3 or 4 defenders and your kid dribbling under the board...
2. If he passes the ball or stops and powers up this decision (block/charge) doesn't have to be made.

3. Your kid didn't pass or power up...kept gliding through. Crash occurs.
4. If you make official make a decision then he will, hopefully, and u might not like his decision. (A no call would be bad here)
5. Refereeings hard. Referees make mistakes. BUT
6. This is an obvious charge. Not even close. Teach him to power up or pass the damn ball.
