Do you guys wear a shirt under your stripes? If so, what fabric do you prefer?

All the time, I like the new fabric like under armor. I feel it keeps me cooler and drier.

Keeping It Simple ...
Black cotton blend crew neck undershirt. Less than $5.00 each.



I also wear black cotton briefs (in case I split my pants) over my athletic supporter, but that's probably way too much unwanted, unneeded, information for you guys, and gals.

I do as well. I'm not picky about it, though. I'll wear a cotton shirt sometimes, and I do have a couple dri-fit shirts too. As long as it's black, it's fine for me.

Same. Dri-fit (I have UA and Nike Pro Combat versions), black, sleeveless.

And not that I ever would anyway, but we have a high-ranking observer within our conference who frowns upon shortsleeve undershirts. It's sleeveless or nothing.

I would agree with him if the short sleeves are so long they stick out, but, assuming the sleeves are an appropriate length, how would he know unless he watched you dress?

Yes always. Usually a UnderArmour type of compression shirt.
