Player control foul
It isnt listed as a rule change in the beginning of the book but the player control foul defintion in rule 4 now includes an airborne shooter. same as nfhs. Last edited by BigCat; Fri Oct 23, 2015 at 09:56pm. |

Oh, cool. I did not realize Art Hyland et al. made this change. Video situation was presented at York back in May where a perimeter shooter went high on a jump shot, released the try, and then went out of his way to extend his leg on the way down so as to foul a defender. Under the old rule, that basket would have counted with just a common foul on the shooter. So now this would be PC. I like that change.
