The only person I'm really ripping here is the C. The L? Eh, I'm not that bothered by that. Perhaps he works some NCAAW games and simply forgot.

But yes, there are ball-watchers everywhere.

I am only ripping L because like we criticize other levels for not knowing the mechanics or using the proper mechanics, that is not the proper mechanics of the NCAAM's side. If he is watching this play, he likely is missing some rebounding action. Maybe take a peek as he could have someone from his primary run at the shooter, but not give the signal. And it would not be a big deal either way, but I wonder what they are watching if this happens often.

Peace

Okay, I'm confused. Forgot what? If the game was under NF rules - which it appears to have been since the shot-clock never moved - that attempt was in the T's PCA. If the T happened to work NCAAW, he's still permitted to mirror the L's attempt under NCAAW mechanics.

You are confused that the L may work NCAA-Women's basketball and therefore is used to marking a 3-point attempt in the corner?

What I do not get is why is it hard to forget mechanics from one level to another? They are not that damn different. Heck if I as a football official can know 200 plus different rules or variations, I think anyone can remember a couple of little mechanics differences from college to high school.

Peace

Sorry. Misread your previous comment. I thought I saw T instead of L.
