It's a big deal if you're trying to profit off of your product by using a trademark of another product.

All true but I bet you wouldn't be making as big a deal of it if he said he blew his nose in a Kleenex (and it wasn't Kleenex brand) or that he put on a Band-Aid and it was made by Johnson and Johnson.

If you don't liike an organizations rules don't join it. It's not a difficult concept. Deriding it as you avoid it isn't very adult of you.

It has been my observation that leagues play what is predominant in the area, they don't select an organization based on the rules or the organization. Little League is not predominant in my area, Babe Ruth is, so leagues play Babe Ruth, or come tournament time there is no one to play close by.
