Reserve that for when their both standing on a bag.
If the following runner got there before the INT I'd leave him.
Consider if he'd even rounded 3B, would you still send him back to 2nd?
Read 7.08 (b) notes !! The runner standing on third did not legally aquire 3rd, since he got there before the runner that "was" on 3rd before him had legally advanced to another base. The runner that moved from 2nd to 3rd did so as a result of the interference by R3 before R3 had advanced to home (so R3's last legally touched base was 3rd), thus R2 was not legally entitled to 3rd. The ball is dead and all runners return to their last LEGALLY touched base.
Hope this helps?

A. True (Although is answer is false, they have it as true, I can only imagine that that were trying to copy a 2008 question and worded it wrong, see the example at the end of this exam)
That answer re: the game called because of darkness ...is false.
The reason it is false is: Rule 4.12 (b). The last sentence of that subsection states: "A game called under the provisions of 4.12 (a), (3) or (4) shall be a suspended game at any time after it starts."

Rule 4.12 (a) (4) refers to darkness!!!
I remember a game a few years ago where we were in the 8th inning of a Midget T1 game, they were having trouble getting the lights to come on and it got dark, and a Level 4 umpire confidently told both teams that the game was a "Suspended Game" that would be completed at a later time. It was a fairly one-sided game (something like 8-1 at the time and the team had been winning almost from the outset). I thought he was nuts and I asked him about it in the parking lot and he said that ANY game called because of either light failure or darkness (subsection 3 or 4 of Rule 4.12 (a)) at any time (1st, 3rd, 8th inning etc.) is a Suspended game and is neither a game that is replayed nor has a final score at that moment....it continues at a later date from the point it is suspended.
Games with light failure or darkness are handled differently than those of curfew, time limit or weather. All 5 of these reasons are part of Rule 4.12 (a), subsections (1)-(5).
Subsections (3)+(4) refer to light failure or malfunctions (3) and darkness (4).
Thus, for this question, the phrase "The final score is 5-1." is false....the game is not over yet !

By the way, I just submitted my answers to OBA (I got 100%) and they've changed that question to read:
Q) It has been raining all day. Thirty minutes prior to game time, the umpiring crew checks the field, and find it would be unsafe for the players. They declare the game “called” due to poor field conditions. They are correct.
A True
B False

...I'm not gonna tell ya what my answers were.

False.
