I am well aware that an infield fly is a live ball and runners may attempt to advance at their own peril. It's just that only about half youngsters playing ball today know this.

No, of course not... but why are you quoting this particular rule? It doesn't apply here. By intent, I meant intent to prevent a double play. I don't really see one here, given the IFF removing all forces already - but I suppose it's possible.
