Well,
Since David Eckstein IS NOT JEWISH I imagine he would not be involved in Bruce's personal agenda of being a stupid oaf.
David Eckstein was named to the NCAA All-Jewish baseball team. He called them to point out the assumption that since his name sounded Jewish that he WAS Jewish. He is not. When the World Series ended David received several offers from local LA groups to speak at all types of Jewish galas. When he informed them he was not Jewish the offers were rescinded.
