The Phillies are probably sensitive about security after the vomit attack on that 11-year-old girl 3 weeks ago.

If MLB crews would like to have one available for use in certain parks in the SE US for certain long-time managers who have long and dignified histories of minor complaints concerning umpire's rulings....
