In T-Ball, it doesn't matter! The defense is either chasing the ball or picking dandelions. The batter-runner is probably running to the outfield while the adults are trying to maintain some order. Meanwhile, the illegitamate son of Casey Stengel is giving signs from 3rd base and the parents are all hoping that their kid will get a baseball scholarship to their favorite university.

So when the ball goes out of play in T-ball, it doesn't really matter because there shouldn't be an umpire to make a ruling!
