Balk calls in College Super Regional

Illegal pitch. I don't know anybody that would call it. BTW the Little league Green Book which is OBR based wants a stop with no runners on also. Never seen it called.

Hoppefully no one confuses "OBR based" with OBR.

Yes, LL wants a stop only in Jrs. Srs. and BL. Ump 153, you made me check if I spelled something wrong. Hopefully, I can't believe anybody would confuse the LGB with straight OBR. But, many have confused OBR with the LGB.
